Born and bred in Brighton, Steve began his career working with local estate agents. After 5 years, Steve recognised the potential for a more customer focused agency. Committed to putting the customer’s best interests at heart, Steve and his wife, Lisa, started The Property Shop 20 years ago and have been proudly serving Brighton and the surrounding areas ever since.     Fueled by his desire to be the best, most reputable estate and lettings agent in town, Steve has spent his career cultivating The Property Shop. “25 years into the industry and I still have the same enthusiasm to give all our vendors and landlords the best service there is out there.” Steve prides himself on his authenticity, honesty, and knowledge-base which is emulated by The Property Shop and his team.   

Lisel has been in the property industry for over 35 years. Starting in sales for a top London agent, then going on to be the Regional Manager for a lettings company and specialising in property acquisitions and investments. 20 years ago she relocated to the vibrant city of Brighton and Hove and now considers this her home.     
In the early stages of her career, Lisel qualified for the ARLA legal examinations and was pleased to see standards in the industry going from strength to strength.  She continues to work in this area and prides herself on outstanding customer service to all clients. Lisel is delighted to have joined Steve and his team at The Property Shop in 2019 and continues to enjoy working alongside like-minded professionals with the same passion for property.   

Michael successfully ran estate agency offices in and around South West London for over 20 years as both a manager and area manager. Two years ago he moved from Twickenham to just beside the South Downs and joined the team at The Property Shop. Since then he has been enjoying providing honest advice and quality service to the buyers and sellers of Brighton. In doing so Michael has played a pivotal role in the establishment of The Property Shop as one of the key players in the local market.      Passionate about his profession Michael says: “it is just so important that clients are treated as you would like a member of your family to be. It’s all about going that extra mile to meet their needs and get them the best price in the quickest possible time”.     Michael loves Brighton’s unique combination of seaside, culture, and commerce. Brighton is the first place his children saw the sea and holds a special place in his heart for this reason. 

Originally from Oxfordshire, Judith and her husband moved down to Brighton 38 years ago to run a pub in Portslade. After many years as a pub landlord, Judith joined the team at the Property Shop in 2007 in accounts.  
 
Based in Hove (Actually!) Judith loves being within walking distance to the sea whilst also being able to pop up to the countryside for lunch, for her, it’s the best of both worlds. Judith is especially known in The Property Shop Kemptown office as a passionate Tottenham Hotspur fan!

Aniyushya’s career in property and estate agency started 3 years ago when she sold her first flat. Having always had an interest in, and being familiar with, the industry through family friends, it was a natural fit. Aniyusha loves being out and about, getting to know people in the local area and helping people find their dream homes. Aniyusha lives in Worthing but loves coming into Brighton for the city life. Her favourite thing about Brighton is the beach and the bars and restaurants in Brighton and Hove. Aniyusha says “The most important thing about my work is helping people find the house they really want and getting it at a good price for the seller, so that both parties are happy. The most rewarding part is tying up an offer and seeing everyone happy on completion day”.
