We’re delighted to announce the team at The Property Shop is growing. Say hello to our newest recruits; Adam, Aniushya, and Simon.
Adam made the transition into the property industry two years ago, following a seven year long and successful career in sales. He’s passionate about getting to know his clients and making the most of his ability to help them sell and buy their dream homes. Adam says, “Providing top tier customer service is key, and making sure the buyer and seller are happy makes my job a pleasure”.
Outside of work Adam is a self-proclaimed ‘petrol head’ and cars are a big part of his life. Adam also has season tickets at the Albion, so many a weekend is spent supporting the seagulls! (Don’t tell Judith – our head of accounts and resident Tottenham fanatic!).

Aniyushya’s career in property and estate agency started 3 years ago when she sold her first flat. Having always had an interest in, and being familiar with, the industry through family friends, it was a natural fit. Aniyusha loves being out and about, getting to know people in the local area and helping people find their perfect home. Aniyusha says “The most important thing about my work is helping people find the house they really want and getting it at a good price for the seller, so that both parties are happy. The most rewarding part is tying up an offer and seeing everyone happy on completion day”.
Aniyusha lives in Worthing, but loves coming into Brighton for the city life. Her favourite thing about Brighton and Hove is the beach, the bars, and the restaurants.

Simon is one of our most established estate agents with over 30 Years’ experience in all aspects of estate agency. A versatile agent, Simon has managed and run successful branches for both independent, and corporate companies. Simon takes great pleasure in being able to use his wealth of experience to guide and advise clients through the maze of the buying and selling process in order to achieve the best result for their property.
Simon has predominantly worked in the south east & in particular Brighton & Hove as well as Rottingdean, Saltdean & Peacehaven. Simon is based in The Property Shops Rottingdean office where he can use this wealth of local knowledge to help guide our clients.
In his spare time, Simon enjoys spending time with his large family and pursues his love for classic cars and, most recently, paddle boarding.
