Situated at the top of a large hill in Hanover, affectionately termed ‘Muesli Mountain’ by locals, Hanover Lofts stands tall amongst the colourful terraced houses that line the adjacent streets. Queens Park and the very active Hannover Community Centre are less than a 5 minute walk from Hanover Lofts. Although popular with families, Hanover also attracts young professionals and commuters due to the proximity to Brighton Station as well as some students due to the location of Phoenix Halls at the bottom of the hill.
Brighton Station is 1 mile away with convenient links to Gatwick, London and the South Coast. Brighton Pier and the Laines are also only 1 mile away. You also have convenient links to the A23 and A27.
As a family orientated area, there are 24 schools within a 1.5 mile radius with Ofsted gradings of ‘Good’ or higher. These schools include Hamilton Lodge School for Deaf Children and Homewood College, a school for 11-16 year olds with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
