Chichester Terrace is a Grade 1 listed terrace in Kemptown, consisting of 14 houses that exhibit regency style architecture. Chichester Terrace makes up part of the Kemptown Estate, initiated in 1827 by Thomas Kemp however this terrace wasn’t complete until 1855. As part of this estate, residents have access to six acres of beautifully landscaped private gardens complete with a tunnel to the esplanade on Brighton seafront. These gardens are rumoured to have inspired Lewis Caroll in his writing of Alice and Wonderland.
Many of the terraced houses along Chichester Terrace have been converted into 1,2, and 3 bedroom flats. Of all the properties on Chichester Terrace 30% are rented out by private landlords (including estate agents), 35% are owned with a mortgage, and 30% are owned outright.

Only 0.5 miles from Brighton Marina, and 2 miles, or a short convenient bus ride, away from Brighton Station with excellent links to Gatwick, London and the south coast. Brighton Pier and the Laines are also only 1.2 and 1.5 miles away respectively. There are also BTN bikeshare bike racks on the seafront so you can travel around sustainably and inexpensively.
