Choosing the right tenant
All of our tenants go through rigorous screening to ensure their suitability for your property. What separates us from other agents in Brighton are our Rental Guarantee Insurance packages. This gives you the option of financial security if, for some reason, your tenant fails to pay their rent. No other agent in town gives this level of service!
Looking after your property
We know that a happy tenant is an easy tenant that will look after your property. So we do our utmost to keep channels of communication open. We are committed to answering calls on the same day we receive them and we endeavor to answer calls round the clock.
Peace of Mind
To give you peace of mind whilst maximising the benefits of your property or portfolio we carry out inspections every 3 months to make sure nothing slips under the radar. Landlords receive a full report of this inspection. If repairs are required, as they sometimes are, we have a team of in-house contractors that have been selected for the quality of their work and honest pricing.
